New-Build Residential Development in Gomersal, Cleckheaton

From inception to completion, Concept Architecture and Structural Design Ltd delivered a new-build detached dwelling in Gomersal, Cleckheaton. Concept were solely responsible for planning approval, building regulation approval and structural calculations.

Site constraints and the building form of surrounding dwellings were influential in the concept design of the new-build.

At ground floor level, the rear of the property extends into the garden, facilitating a large open kitchen-dining area and gym to the rear of the property. An open staircase upon entry and 25m² games room are particular highlights , with partitioned rooms consisting of playrooms, offices and a snug room.

Flat roof dormers to the front and rear of the property mirrored the street scene whilst creating a useable first floor area housing; 4no. bedrooms, 2no.en-suites, laundry room, family bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
